About me

A little about me

Been a wargamer for many years and have always been a slow painter. Having played a lot of historical wargames in 15mm my painting skills with 28mm miniatures are sorely lacking, which in turn makes me not paint since I know the results won't be good. But as we all know - without practice you won't become a master. So now is the time for me to pick up some 28mm painting skills and get stuff done.

If I actually manage to complete the 2020 challenge of #onemodelaweek I will at least have painted 53 models and hopefully many more. I have decided to not let my current skills hold me back and just get a lot of stuff done. It worked with 15mm miniatures where I suddenly managed to do eyes, regimental badges and what not. So hopefully quantity should make me get some confidence over time.
